Arun Kumar वाघचौरे is a dynamic and motivated professional with almost 18 years of experience in generating and building businesses, managing projects from concept to completion, designing business strategies, and leading teams to success. He is currently spearheading the national mission of empowering rural women entrepreneurs as the Head of WeAct at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. Arun is skilled in building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenges. He is proficient in various areas of expertise, including innovation, management and execution, commitment and accountability, generating ROI and business models, business planning, new business development, business strategy, office productivity, improving systems and processes, market analysis, risk management, and natural leadership. His industry knowledge spans across start-ups, e-commerce, management consulting, business development, and project management. Arun is also an excellent instructor, trainer, coach, team manager, and listener. He is proficient in various tools and technologies, including GTD, Zoho CRM, ERPNext/BaaN/SAP, MS Projects, and BI. Before joining WeAct, Arun served as a Certified Corporate Trainer and Productivity Guru at Tigri Innovation, where he conducted training on Getting Things Done and Inbox Zero for clients such as Dr. Reddy’s Lab, Anvil Cables, Practo, and Progress Partners. He also served as an Edupreneur at Tigri Innovation, where he launched an educational e-commerce portal and an Android app where students could purchase class notes and question papers. He was nominated for funding at Masterpreneur India by CNBC Awaaz. Arun holds a Master of Business Administration degree in IT from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Diploma in Computer Application from Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil from Mahatma Gandhi Mission's College of Engineering and Technology. He is also proficient in Android technology.
